Turbo Host Joins DV Hosting Following ₹1 Crore Acquisition by DV Group

September 2026: DV Group has completed the acquisition of Turbo Host in a transaction valued at approximately ₹1 crore, marking a major expansion of its hosting services business.

Following the acquisition, Turbo Host will be integrated with DV Hosting, with its customers, services and operational infrastructure gradually moving to the DV Hosting platform.

Migration of Turbo Host Customers Begins

As part of the transition, existing Turbo Host customers will be transferred to DV Hosting in phases. The migration will include hosting accounts, domain-related services, billing information and other active services associated with customer accounts.

Customers will receive notices regarding migration schedules and any required account-related actions before their services are transferred.

Services to Remain Active During Transition

Turbo Host services will continue to operate during the integration period. DV Group plans to carry out the migration while minimizing disruption to existing websites, servers and domain services.

Customers are expected to retain access to their existing services until their individual accounts are successfully migrated to DV Hosting.

Turbo Host Brand to Be Discontinued

After completion of the migration process, the Turbo Host brand and its independent operations are expected to be discontinued by February 2027.

From that point onward, migrated customers will receive their hosting services directly through the DV Hosting platform.

DV Group Strengthens Hosting Operations

The acquisition allows DV Group to expand its hosting customer base while consolidating its hosting-related operations under the DV Hosting brand.

The company plans to continue developing DV Hosting as its primary platform for hosting, domain and infrastructure services following the completion of the Turbo Host integration.
